Some love stories are carefully planned for months. Others unfold naturally, quietly turning a simple journey into something life-changing.
For Cerise and Zack, Bali was originally meant to be a honeymoon destination, a place to relax, reconnect, and celebrate their love together. But somewhere between dreaming about tropical landscapes and imagining peaceful moments surrounded by nature, they realized they wanted something even more meaningful.
What began as a honeymoon soon became an intimate elopement in the heart of Bali.

When Cerise and Zack first contacted us, they knew exactly how they wanted their wedding to feel: private, peaceful, and deeply personal. They envisioned a ceremony surrounded by nature, close to the sound of water, with no distractions, just the two of them sharing a meaningful moment together.
Initially, they considered a waterfall wedding at Tibumana Waterfall, drawn to its natural beauty and romantic atmosphere. But after learning that the location would require an extremely early morning preparation, they decided to choose a slower and more relaxed experience for their wedding day.
Instead, they found the perfect balance within the beautiful resort where they were already staying for their honeymoon, a hidden wooden deck nestled above a flowing river, surrounded by lush jungle greenery and the calming sounds of nature that is part of Amora’s elopement package “River Elopement Wedding in Ubud”

On the day of the ceremony, Bali’s jungle atmosphere created a feeling of complete serenity. The soft sounds of flowing water beneath the wooden deck blended with the quiet rustling of tropical leaves, creating a setting that felt almost untouched by the outside world.
There were no crowds, no formal distractions, and no pressure to perform for anyone else.
Just Cerise and Zack, standing together in the middle of nature, exchanging vows in one of the most peaceful settings imaginable.
The beauty of the day came from its simplicity, a ceremony focused entirely on connection, presence, and the quiet joy of beginning a new chapter together.

From the beginning, Cerise and Zack wanted a wedding day that felt calm and easy, allowing them to fully enjoy every moment without stress or complicated logistics.
“We had our wedding with Amora Bali Weddings and it was an absolutely beautiful experience from start to finish. The day ran smoothly and everything was organised so well by Retno and Ade.” – Cerise review.
The relaxed atmosphere of the resort allowed the entire day to unfold naturally. Surrounded by the tropical beauty of Bali’s jungle, every detail felt intentional yet effortless, from the ceremony styling to the peaceful flow of the day itself.
“The setting was stunning and exactly what we had hoped for. The team were professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of.” – Cerise review.
It was the kind of wedding experience many couples quietly dream about: meaningful, beautifully organized, and centered entirely around the feeling rather than the spectacle.

While Bali is often known for dramatic cliffs and beachfront ceremonies, Cerise and Zack’s wedding beautifully highlighted another side of the island, its serene jungle landscapes, hidden rivers, and quiet corners where nature becomes part of the celebration itself.
Their private wooden deck ceremony proved that luxury does not always mean extravagance. Sometimes, true luxury is found in stillness, intimacy, and the freedom to experience your wedding exactly the way you want to.
Cerise and Zack’s elopement was a beautiful reminder that weddings do not need to follow tradition to feel meaningful. What mattered most was creating a day that reflected who they are, relaxed, connected, and deeply present with one another.
“Overall we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and we’re so grateful to the Amora Bali Weddings team for helping create such a memorable day.” – Cerise review.
And in the middle of Bali’s tropical jungle, above the gentle sound of flowing water, that is exactly what they found.
